Nathan Fox

Nathan Fox is Head of Public Affairs at Janus Henderson Investors, where he leads the firm’s global public affairs agenda, shaping engagement with policymakers, regulators, and industry bodies across key markets.

Nathan operates at the intersection of financial regulation, public policy, and innovation, supporting the development of frameworks that enables the firm's product strategy.  

Since joining Janus Henderson in 2023, Nathan has played a central role in positioning the firm within evolving regulatory debates on tokenisation, AI in financial services & ETFs. He advises senior leadership on the implications of policy and regulatory developments, translating emerging rules into commercial strategy and supporting the firm’s policy advocacy on Digital Assets.  

Prior to joining Janus Henderson, Nathan worked in consulting, advising financial institutions on regulatory change, public policy engagement, and strategic transformation. Nathan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Newcastle University.
