About The Coalition

The Coalition for Tokenized Markets (CTM) is dedicated to advancing targeted regulatory changes to integrate tokenization into modern capital markets and drive product adoption. We work collaboratively with policymakers and regulators in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union to advance our member-driven goals.

CTM brings together established asset managers and digital asset innovators who share a common interest in bringing traditional finance on-chain responsibly, through thoughtful regulatory modernization.

We partner with member firms’ government relations, legal, and product teams to advance targeted policy goals. These targeted regulatory changes will seek to advance a more robust market for tokenized funds and securities.

What We Do
